Sometimes we will ask you too to swap your P3 mobile device for a new one. This is if it is due to become unable to receive for security updates from Android or if it's not working as it should. To ensure that you don't loose your contacts you can save them all to the SIM card. This guide will be largely the same for most of the Android we have in our fleet on devices.
1. Swipe in an upwards motion on the mobile screen to to find all of the apps.
2. Go to the Contacts App.
3. Press the "Three Lines".
4. Press Manage Contacts.
5. Select Move Contacts.
6. Press Select All.
7. Select from Phone to SIM 1.
8. Press Ok.
