1. To log into CRIS you will first need to open a web browser. Any web browser will work although on your work laptop you will have Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge already installed. Microsoft Edge is our preferred browser
They should appear on your task bar with one of the below 2 icons.
2, Once the Browser has been opened you should be presented with the P3 portal. On this page select CRIS in the bottom right.
3. This will take you to the CRIS web page, Select the Logon Using Azure SSO as you will be unable to sign into CRIS with your username and password.
4. Occasionally you may be asked to authenticate using Microsoft Authenticator , we currently have the frequency set to every 7 days.
5. Once selected however you will be automatically signed in. If you are having any issues please raise a ticket with our Digital services support team who will be able to assist.
6. When raising the ticket please note the below information:
Are you are getting any error messages?
Is it just yourself or other staff who are unable to sign in?
Have you been able to sign in previously? (If so when?)
Which web browser are you trying to sign in with?
(if possible it also helps to provide a screenshot of the error you are getting.
